Refunds Policy

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase or if you had concerns or questions after a service took place. We aim to address your concerns with respect and in a timely manner.

Payment is due at the time of service for all medical treatments. If you’re looking to return or exchange an item(s) purchased, we offer returns to items that have been unopened and unused.

If you have a question regarding a medical service that took place, please speak with the front desk within 24 hours of your treatment/service so that we may be able to best assess the situation. We will also take your concern to the rendering provider and consult your medical file/health history to determine the best way forward.

Return Process

To inquire if your item is eligible for return, email us at hello@heymoxi.com, and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

Refunds

After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will determine if it is eligible refund or exchange. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed.
